Greeley continues to brighten shared spaces with new flower planters placed throughout downtown and in the city park. Beginning in June, we’ll also recognize one standout property each month through our Yard of the Month program. In addition, new signage is being developed for the park and city entrances to create a more welcoming and unified look for residents and visitors alike.

The Neighborhood Revitalization Tax Rebate Program encourages investment in Greeley by offering tax rebates for improvements to residential, commercial, and industrial properties. Through this initiative, the City partners with the County to support revitalization efforts such as new construction, rehabilitation, and the removal of abandoned structures.

The Sidewalk Reimbursement Program helps property owners maintain safe, accessible walkways by offering a reimbursement of $8 per linear foot for newly installed sidewalk. To qualify, the sidewalk must be 4 feet wide and installed by the property owner.

The City of Greeley is researching grant opportunities for renovation and improvement of the city park.
Donations to the park improvement fund can be made at City Hall. Contributions of money, time, and talent are always welcomed!
Residents with renovation ideas, volunteer interest, or funding suggestions are also encouraged to contact City Hall.

The City of Greeley is moving forward with efforts to explore the transition of the soon‑to‑close local school into a dedicated community space. The facility would be repurposed to support a wide range of community needs—including recreation, educational programs, public meetings, and activities for residents of all ages.
